Are your products authentic?

Our items are unauthorised authentic. They are kept at an affordable price for all because they are not certified authentic and do not come with receipt proofs. They do however, come in original packaging and shoe boxes. These pairs are unathorised due to minor defects or issues - such as loose threads. As such, please purchase only if you are completely comfortable with these possible minor flaws! Nevertheless, our team do check through the shoes before sending them out to ensure they are of the best quality. You may also head on to our Telegram Channel to view in real life (#dappersirl) images and photos of our products. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team at @dappersvintage if you have questions too, and we will be happy to assist.

Are all your items pre-order? What is the waiting time? Are there any ways to get my order to me faster? When does pre-order close?

Yes, all items are pre-order 2-3 weeks unless stated instock.

 

We also offer express delivery with a lead time of 1-2 weeks at $10 flat (applicable to island-wide delivery within Singapore)

 

This is a standard waiting time and we advise you to order ahead of time, especially if you are placing an order for a birthday or an event. If you need an item urgently, you can refer to our instock items, which reaches you within 2 to 3 business days. There are no closing date for pre-orders. We make your order as soon as you complete your payment.

Do you have any instocks?

Yes, our instocks are tagged and updated under our Shop page. 

Are the shoes true to size?

Yes, our items are true to size. You can easily search for the official size chart online and refer to that. Following the sole length (cm) would be most accurate.

What delivery options do you have?

We only do doorstep delivery with tracking code. An sms will be sent to you where you can track your order process when the item has arrived with us.

Can I get an exchange or refund?

Unfortunately, no exchange or refunds are allowed. 

I am looking for a pair of shoes and I am unable to find it on your website. What should I do?
